Can I bring a guest with me?
Yes; you are entitled to have one other person stay in your room for free. Any additional guess will carry a fee of 25 dollars per night. However, this does not include access to the conference; if your guest would like to attend our sessions, they will need to purchase a conference ticket (access to the conference) or a Conference ticket and Liberty dinner (access to the conference and access to the liberty dinner).
Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel?
No, booking is arranged when you register. Once you have registered and paid, your room is automatically confirmed. If you have purchased a Conference pass, your check-in is on Friday and your check-out is on Sunday; if you have purchased a Comfort Conference pass, your check-in is on Thursday and your check-out is on Sunday.
Can I stay longer in the hotel before or after the conference?
